Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR) o-rings, also known as Highly Saturated Nitrile (HSN), are made of a synthetic polymer that is obtained by saturating the double bonds in nitrile=s butadiene segments with hydrogen. This special hydrogenation process reduces many double bonds in main chains of NBR polymers. This process results in the superior heat, ozone, chemical resistance and mechanical characteristics of HNBR over standard Nitrile. HNBR o-rings are available in 70 durometer, 80 durometer, and 90 durometer.

Lanhe brand TC oil seal is a low pressure double lip radial seal with garter spring to provide protection from contaminants. Rubber outer diameter improves outer diameter sealing ability. The inner surface of the steel shell is not completely covered with rubber. Extra Dust Lip Protection Primary Seal lip protection against dust and other contamination. The seal can be used in contaminated environments. In order to maximize the service life of the seal, adequate lubricant should be applied between the two seal lips.

Gamma seal can be used in greasy and dirty environment as a primary sealing solution and can also acts as an auxiliary dirt seal that helps protecting bearings and radial seals from water, dirt, grease, moisture, and other contaminants.The rubber part is usually made of nitrile butadiene rubber and FKM, and the metal part is made of steel aisi 1010, Available in 9RB and RB type,The 9RB profile is a gamma seal. The design of the metal part offers additional protection in the form of a labyrinth in the housing,should there be a higher pollution levels compared to the RB profile.
